Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a National Recruitment business based in Birmingham.This is an exciting addition to an established Commercial Perms Team who cover all office-based roles including Office Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.This role is a 360 consultant role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business, building relationships with clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.On a day-to-day basis you will be sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent within the commercial sector and placing these candidates to your clients.This company are a well-known recruitment company, where the managers and directors are hands on, you will be supported constantly and have access to a learning and development team. Recently having won awards at the REC awards, there is countless opportunitiesto grow and develop.This is an office-based role where you will be based just outside of Birmingham City Centre.Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:* Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients in the sector to understand their permanent recruitment requirements.* Act as a strategic partner by offering recruitment solutions that align with clients business objectives.* Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.* Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for client positions.* Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.* Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and changes affecting the commercial sectors talent landscape.Skills & experience required.* Proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, across any industry.* Understanding of commercial job titles, job functions, and skill sets required within sales, marketing, sales, office support, HR, finance and legal.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.* Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Benefits* Salary of up to £30,000* OTE paid monthly* Annual bonus (paid on hitting target criteria)* Holidays - 24 days + Bank Holidays rising to 29 (1 per year)* Free parking* Nest Pension* Life insurance* Phone and Laptop* Opportunity to buy shares after probation* Perkbox - discounts for lots of shopping and entertainment* Monthly lunches, spot prizes and competitionsCitrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
