Job Description

Job Title: Post-Completion Conveyancing Team LeaderSalary: £18,000 - £22,000Location: EdgbastonDuration: PermanentDescription: A busy and well-established firm of solicitors is seeking a to join their Post-Completion Conveyancing Team Leader team at their Edgbaston office.The successful Post-Completion Conveyancing Team Leader will have experience and be confident within residential conveyancing. The role of the Post-Completion Team Leader is to provide effective support to our Conveyancing Team.Key Duties:

  • Provide support to the Conveyancing Solicitors
  • Preparing correspondence using the case management system
  • Liaising with clients on the phone and in person
  • Administrative duties
  • Ensuring that all post-completions processes are finalised, including: Paying stamp duty to HMRC, Serving any notices to landlords, Registering new owners with the Land Registry
    • Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Experience within Residential Conveyancing
  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent levels of communication
  • Strong IT skills
  • High levels of speed and accuracy
  • Commercially driven
  • Have experience of managing a team 3yrs plus
  • Demonstrate initiative
    • This is an excellent role for a competent and experienced Post-Completion Conveyancing Team Leader looking for a responsible position within a well-established, multi practice firm.
