We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join a growing multi-disciplinary creative team. Ideally, you will have a background in graphic design with good skills in WordPress and basic skills in HTML/CSS. This is a full-time, permanent role with asalary of £23k-£25k depending on experience.The Company Our client is a thriving creative communications agency operating within the education sector and delivering multi-platform solutions across arts, entertainment, B2B, construction and charity sectors. Their growing team of creative, production and clientservices is working on a huge scope of projects across design & print, digital, animation and video. This can include magazines, brochures, large format posters, social media and web assets, motion graphics and anything in-between. Their spacious premisesare located in impressive buildings just outside Birmingham city centre with easy access by car, train and bus.The Role As Junior Digital Designer, you will report to the Head of Creative and work in a multi-disciplinary team of Designers who provide services in graphic design, web design, campaign concepts, branding, motion, video, and animation. You will work across a broadrange of digital design projects including web pages, email, social campaigns and digital assets. You may also be involved with some print-based graphic design from time to time. This is a client-facing role so you will often be in touch with various internalstakeholders to discuss briefs and present your ideas.About You You have good experience as a digital designer working on web or app-based projects, social and digital campaign assets, and email. You also have good general graphic design experience and are interested in developing your skills in animation or motion graphics.You are proficient in WordPress (or similar) and have basic coding skills in HTML and CSS.
