Fire Risk / DSEAR assessor West Midlands

Job Description

Our client is an established national outlet, who provides the full range of Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Occupational Hygiene services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Fire Risk / DSEAR assessor based in our around the West Midlands area. The successful candidate will come from a consultancy background and will have a proven track record of under-taking various health & safety risk assessments, including Fire risk and DSEAR assessments. Applications will be considered from Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas. Will ideally hold the NEBOSH Fire Certificate or NEBOSH Fire Conversion - ISE/IFSM/IFPO/IFE registered or Fire trained-NVQ levels.Will hold relevant NEBOSH, CMIOSH qualifications. Will have a solid consultancy and technical background within the health & safety/fire risk industry.Extensive experience of undertaking fire risk assessments.Experience of working on a wide range of properties including commercial, industrial and public sector.Experience in under-taking DSEAR assessments. Good communication skills.Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.Fully conversant with Health & Safety procedures.Role:Undertaking Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments in various industry sectors, including commercial, industrial and residential.Providing Fire and Safety Guidance and investigating incidents.Producing health & safety / fire risk assessments reports.Health & Safety, Staff and Compliance audits.Provide technical support to the companys clients.Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety legislation in regards to fire.Dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.In return, this company offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, company car and other benefits.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
