ROLE: Warehouse OperativeSALARY/HOURS: £18,500LOCATION; EdenbridgeNetbox Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a growing Manufacturing business based in Edenbridge to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their fast-paced, hardworking and friendly team. This is a permanent role.The role of a Warehouse Operative will ideally suit an individual who is a team player but who also can take responsibilities for their own workload in a busy and fast paced warehouse environment.A local company who recognize and reward their employees with good benefits and the occasional Fish and chip Friday!Benefits Available:* Pension upto % contribution* Paid sickness Scheme* Partnership Trust* Annual LeaveThe duties of a warehouse operative will include:* Goods in and out - Loading and Unloading pallets* Forklift driving* Pallet Loading* General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse* Cutting materials to size - Guillotine skills an advantage - full training given* Issuing raw materials to orderKey skills and requirements of a warehouse operative:* Forklift licence - Counterbalance/Reach* UK Driving Licence* Excellent work ethic - you will be a hard worker and have a "can do" attitudeThis is a Monday - Friday 37.5 hour working week O/T Available on evenings and weekendsFully flexible to work various warehouse shifts: the company will aim to accommodate preferred hours and a fixed shift basis is possible within the hours below.* 6.00am - 1.30pm* 8.00am - 3.30pm* 11.30am - 7.00pmInterviews can take place immediately with a start date before Xmas!
