Domus have TWO fantastic opportunities for a Registered Manager to join one of the largest Learning Disability charities in the UK.One Registered Manager opportunity involves managing their residential accommodation in Edenbridge and the other is for their Supported Living services!As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cluster of services, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well led. This is a great opportunity to gain registered status, take on new responsibilities and build your management and leadership skills.This is a demanding role for someone who is ready to step up and take their leadership and management skills to the next level. You need to have a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Level 5 or equivalent. If not, you will need to be able to achieve this, with support, within your first 12 months.You’ll also need experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, ideally with people with complex needs.
