The company offer a great team-based work environment.This role would suit someone from a technical administration and engineering background as you will need to understand / read mechanical schematics. Engineering graduates are welcome to apply. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.The role will be joining a team of 4 people. You will be responsible for managing customer communication from order reception through to installation. This will involve liaison across departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
