We are looking for an experienced Home Manager who for this lovely family run residential home, for the elderly based in the stunning Edenbridge countryside in Kent.Its a very established home, well known for its waiting list, due to its "home from home" approach ensuring that residents are able to live as independently as possible but safely and with the specialist individual care they require.Its a good rated service, home to 40 residents and a family/privately owned business.This vacancy is only available due to redundancy and would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or perhaps a strong Deputy Manager looking to take that next step into Home ManagementEssential Criteria
