Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an interior design / construction company who are in search of an Accounts Assistant/ Senior Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time temporary basis.The person:We are looking for a confident, capable & reliable person who can use their own initiative and help support the office manager with everyday admin and data input onto SAGE 50. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience using Sage 50 accounts andcomfortable navigating your way around Microsoft Excel/Word. Main duties will include assistance with general admin, making calls to council, utilities etc to establish what protocols we need to follow for new builds.Whats in it for you:

  • Very competitive hourly rate between £12 - £15 per hour.
  • To start as soon as possible for 3-4 weeks
  • Monday to Friday 9am-17:00pm
  • 5-minute walk from Waitrose and Edenbridge train station
  • Parking on site
  • Relaxed working environment
Depending on qualifications, skills and previous experience, your role will be split between accounts & essential business administration including, but is not limited to:
  • Working with the administrator to ensure all admin tasks are covered
  • SAGE50 input & generating management Information
  • Dealing with SAGE50 queries
  • Bank & Credit Card reconciliation
  • Creating and maintaining client files on sage50
  • Monitoring sales and purchase invoices on sage50
  • Filing and checking all purchase orders and proformas/invoice
  • Running aged creditors report and making payments & issuing remittances
  • Getting involved with compiling Operating Manuals (O&M) for customers
  • Using Gmail shared drive
£12 - £15 per hourStart ASAP
