Job Description

Are you passionate about property If so, I would love to hear from you regarding our current vacancy for a Lettings Negotiator at this busy Ecclesall Road branch.My client is one of the leading Estate Agent’s in the prestigious Sheffield S11 postcode and they are looking to expand their team.The Role

Managing a portfolio of properties from point of listing to point of lettings.

Arranging viewings and capturing feedback.

Presenting and negotiating offers.

Up-selling our additional services with great financial rewards.

Giving customers an outstanding level of customer service throughout the sale process.

The Requirements:

Well-presented and well mannered

Self-motivated with a can do’ attitude

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

Strong customer service and administration skills

Ability to prioritise work as well as show flexibility to all aspects of the role

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Driver’s license and own car preferred

Although experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training can be offered for this role for the right candidate who must be both keen and motivatedThe Benefits:
