Job Description

PROJECT COORDINATOR - PROJECT SUPPORT - PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR The company:Established in 1997 and with over 20 years experience, my client are a friends and family company who are one of the UKs leading Ground and Air Source Heat Pump installation experts in the UK. They are proud of their excellent designs, installed by theirskilled and knowledgeable Engineers, ensuring that their customers bespoke systems are delivered in a professional, efficient and timely manner.Main purpose of job:My client is looking for a Project Coordinator / Administrator who will be the "go-to" person for specific regions, the one that clients reach out to, and trust for all project, service and maintenance queries. As the Project Coordinator / Administrator,you will work in partnership with other Operations Team members ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and effective manner, championing the customer amid other company priorities.Responsibilities include:

  • Provide full administration of the Project Installation function of the business using company systems to administer this service
  • Daily liaison with Operations Team members and Senior Engineers to ensure smooth running of the Project Installation Operations and ensure successful delivery of Project Installation workload
  • Raising technical issues with the Operations Team and providing pro-active client responses
  • Maintaining professional and effective Customer and Internal Relationships
  • Provision of excellent phone, email, helpdesk support to all clients, to reassure, gather information, set expectations and provide the appropriate resolutions or responses
  • Use internal systems for logging calls, and to manage escalations, additions quotations and scheduling all Project Installation appointments
  • Respond to and welcome new sales in a timely manner
  • Attendance and administrative support including minute taking and creation or standard documentation for the Operations Department
  • Attend training as required to develop skills and knowledge
  • Assist with all aspects of Project, Service & Maintenance Administration as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth working of the Operations Team and Company as specified and agreed
Education / Qualification / Experience Requirements:Essential:
