Job Description

Were looking to speak with dynamic, forward thinking Credit Controllers who have enjoy analysing data. Our client is looking to add two more experienced Credit Controllers to the team. Client DetailsOur client is one of the worlds largest privately owned businesses within their sector. They are a market leading organisation, who are always keen to progress and develop their staff. DescriptionReconciliation of debtors, creditors and cash.Maintenance of tracking systems and reports.Housekeeping, data and record management.Delivering exceptional client service (external and internal).Attending regular review meetings and minute taking.Compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements and escalating issues to senior management.Providing cover to other team members and ad hoc duties when requested by management.ProfileA working knowledge of the computer desktop software provided by the business including Microsoft office products.Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients.Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet applications and formula calculations.An understanding of cash collection/payment processes.Analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation.Excellent presentation skills in both preparation and execution.Ability to compile, analyse and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making.Ability to achieve set individual and team goals and objectives.Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.Job OfferUp to £25,000 + additional benefits, flexible working and career development.
