The firm are therefore keen to appoint experienced residentialproperty lawyers who wish to contributeand benefit from further growth and commercial success.Ideally you will have significant experience of dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters (leasehold/ freehold, sales and purchase, newbuild, shared ownership etc) considering yourself to be proficient in dealing with transactions frominception through to completion in a methodical and efficientmanner.Where this role differs to others is the ability for you to be completely home based and also have some degree of flexibility with your working pattern. You will work remotely, with equipment provided by the firm, forming part of a dedicated nationally distributedspecialist team. The firm have excellent support systems and proceduresin place to provide you with everything you need to performand manage your caseload in an efficient manner.
