Job Description

  • Use your web systems knowledge in this interesting and varied role and help to support and maintain our Ecommerce Website. We are seeking a Web Analyst to join our friendly web management team and enjoy monitoring, maintaining and improving website performance.Thrive in our small IT team with a wide remit, working with IT colleagues and the wider business, to define requirements and brief them into the appropriate Web development team. We are keen to hear from Web Analyst and Support backgrounds and will consider applicants with varying levels of experience in this field.Act as a main point of contact with our 3rd party Web Development Agency and manage deliverables from the Web Agency. In addition, you will be working closely with our Marketing and Customer Services Departments to provide the very best possible user experience. Personable, hard-working, and with high levels of attention to detail, the ideal candidate will be a great team player, good multi tasker, with strong analytical skills. The role requires the following:Working knowledge of:
  • HTML and JavaScript
  • PHP and MySQL
  • The LAMP stack
  • Frontend testing
  • Experience with the following is desirable:
  • Ecommerce principals and best practice
  • Magento 2
  • WordPress
  • Laravel framework
  • API integrations
