Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Industry Leading Commission *Work from home*Our client who are affiliated with the Openwork Parentship are looking for CeMap 1,2 and 3 qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join their flourishing and expanding team.My clients pride themselves on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products with access to a panel of over 60 lenders for any circumstance and require their advisers to provide outstanding customer service at all times.The business is progressing and they are looking to offer the right Mortgage and Protection Advisors an excellent opportunity to get into a forward thinking, growing company with great earning potential.Mortgage and Protection Advisors - The Package• £24,000 - £36,000 Basic Salary• On Target Earnings £50,000 - £75,000+• Work from home• 25 days’ annual leave• Sales presentations can be delivered face-to-face*, virtually or via telephone• You will receive dedicated training and professional development opportunities, plus the chance to build your career within the company*subject to local and national lockdown guidanceMortgage and Protection Advisors - Experience and Qualifications• You will be required to hold the following qualifications to advise in the following areas - CeMAP 1,2 & 3 to advise on mortgages.• Great communication skills and telephone manners.• Experience of working in a sales/target driven environment • Experience of working in a client-focused environment • Proven experience of using IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace etc.On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for generating initial appointments, curating new business opportunities and managing your current clients’ needs and applications.Mortgage and Protection Advisors - About you:You will be a solid communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with ability to be personable yet assertive. Possessing a can do - will do’ attitude is vital for this role along with being able to think outside the box when needed. You must have excellent attention to detail, be totally client focussed along with being sales driven.
