THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and introduce commercial strategies to contribute to the growth of the business and overall profitability
  • Identify and develop operational processes and procedures, to ensure consistency across the business, both within the warehouse operation and out on site
  • Develop the performance of the team of Sales Managers, to drive sales growth
  • Identify, develop and maintain operational KPIs and business reporting
  • Drive operational efficiencies to maximise productivity and profitability
  • Own and develop the communication channels within the business
  • Develop business standard operating procedures with a clear measure of what good looks like
  • Ensure that labour resources are used effectively and in a way that maximises the productivity of the business, correcting unproductive activities
  • Ensure quality control is managed and delivered at every site, maximising customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth
