Job Description

Marketing Recruitment Executive - 5 x Graduate Trainee RolesRole

  • We are looking for trainee recruiters to join a rapidly expanding Recruitment consultancy that specialises in sourcing niche marketing skills to FTSE 100 companies, leading Marketing Consultancies and Research Houses throughout the UK and overseas.
  • You will be become part of a successful and rapidly expanding team of young, dynamic graduates.
  • The company have built up a high profile client base through building exceptionally strong relationships with both their clients and candidates through being passionate about our work.
    • Requirements
  • We are looking for graduates to help maintain and expand the company’s superb client relationships.
  • You will be using to be on the telephones, researching and studying company profiles and the company database to locate and headhunt candidates for their clients.
  • Applicants need to have fantastic networking skills, work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, you must have a degree qualification - 2:1 or above (in any discipline).
    • Offering
  • Starting salary is £20,000 through the 3 month training period and £24,000 following completio of probation.
  • Uncapped commission means you can realisticall be earning over £35,000 in just your first year.
  • The team have an excellent track record of training graduates to earn £80k+ within a 2-3 year time frame.
