Centre ManagerLocation: Tower HamletsSalary: £25,000.00 per annum plus commission!Full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Due to our proven success, Go Train offer support to learners across the UK and are looking for a Centre Manager to support out centre in Tower Hamlets.The role is ideal for a target-driven individual looking to advance their career in management, by supporting a fun, hardworking and passionate team.If you have experience working in a customer-facing environment, working to deadlines, performance driven and you are passionate about people, this could be the role for you.The role involves:

  • Supporting the team to ensure quality and learner qualification targets are met, providing training and development.
  • Motivating the team by leading by example, with a positive and non-judgemental approach.
  • Ensuring excellent quality and compliance standards are met by carrying out regular audits, case load reviews and observations.
  • Working alongside an enthusiastic team and the Regional Manager to build and maintain effective relationships with local partner organisations, to further enhance the profitability of the Training Centre.
  • Providing a safe and respectful learning environment, ensuring that all clients receive an excellent level of service.
