Job Description

Centre ManagerLocation: Tower HamletsSalary: £25,000.00 per annum plus commission!Full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. No weekends!Are you looking for a career that helps adults to make positive changes to their livesGo Train are one of the largest providers of adult training, supporting thousands of people every year to retrain for new employment. Due to our proven success, Go Train offer support to learners across the UK and are looking for a Centre Manager to support out centre in Tower Hamlets.The role is ideal for a target-driven individual looking to advance their career in management, by supporting a fun, hardworking and passionate team.If you have experience working in a customer-facing environment, working to deadlines, performance driven and you are passionate about people, this could be the role for you.The role involves:

  • Supporting the team to ensure quality and learner qualification targets are met, providing training and development.
  • Motivating the team by leading by example, with a positive and non-judgemental approach.
  • Ensuring excellent quality and compliance standards are met by carrying out regular audits, case load reviews and observations.
  • Working alongside an enthusiastic team and the Regional Manager to build and maintain effective relationships with local partner organisations, to further enhance the profitability of the Training Centre.
  • Providing a safe and respectful learning environment, ensuring that all clients receive an excellent level of service.
