Internal Recruitment Partner - Saint-Gobain UK - Remote/Hybrid WorkingAs an Internal Recruitment Partner for Saint-Gobain, you will be responsible for supporting over 30 different brands across the UK, if youre looking for a role that offers variety look no further! Youll join the Specialist area of the Recruitment Teamwho are responsible for hiring the best talent for our brands and central functions. Typically, the specialist team looks after anything with a technical element, or its a little obscure, this could see you supporting with anything from Sales roles, to Engineers,Digital & IT, right through to underground mining. As a team, we all have our areas of expertise but do turn our hands to other areas as and when required.Youll support our customers through the recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer. Working directly with hiring managers and HR, youll build great long-lasting relationships, offering a service thats truly consultative, with the customer and candidatesexperience at the forefront of how we operate!As a team, we arent afraid to try new things and were always looking for ways to develop, if youve got a passion for developments, an eye for improvements and like to challenge the status quo youll fit right in.Heres a short breakdown of the key focus areas in this role;

Ownership & accountability for providing a proactive, end-to-end 360 process, ensuring a first-class customer and candidate experience at all times.
Work proactively with Hiring Managers and local HR to manage recruitment processes, fill permanent roles directly, identify the best talent using the most effective tools and methods.
Work with hiring managers to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices.
Writing engaging recruitment adverts and setting us apart from our competitors, promoting the Saint-Gobain employer brand.
Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practices, advising and consulting with your customers on specific trends, new ideas, and market intel.
