Job Description

Sales AdministratorDue to continued success, an exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Administrator based in East Kilbride. The successful candidate will earn £19,013 - £20,280 per annum dependant on experience.Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4.30pm on Friday.Role Requirements

  • Previous sales experience essential.
  • Ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of HVAC, but this is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers, suppliers & despatch/production departments.
  • Previous experience in using Sage accountancy software, but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills will be essential as the ability to assist with technical photographic reports will be a requirement of the role.
  • High level of written and spoken communication.
  • Confident communicator able to communicate with people on all levels.
Role Responsibilities
  • Handling phone calls and emails.
  • Raising orders and quotes.
  • Keeping records up to date.
  • Dealing with visitors in person.
