REED Finance has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant, to join a successful manufacturing organisation in the South Lanarkshire area.This role is to support the wider business in producing detailed financial reporting and provide operational support to key business areas and stakeholders.This role will suit someone who is part qualified, qualified or qualified by experience. Responsibilities for this 12-month fixed term contact will include: Producing and analysing management accounts for review with FD Preparing budgets for the Scottish entity Preparing and submitting of VAT returns Making suggestions of how to improve financial performance Maintenance of fixed assets Support of the transactional accounting teamsIf you have experience of working within a manufacturing organisation, this will be an advantage, however applications will be considered without this experience.
