Job Description

Lusona is working exclusively with our client in East Kilbride to recruit an Accounts and Administration Assistant. This is an exciting time to join the company as it has big growth plans.You will have a variety of responsibilities which include:

  • Preparing and organising filing in paper and digitally
  • Working with Excel and Word
  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with any queries
  • Organising boardroom meetings
  • Organising mail and deliveries
  • Updating digital records
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Checking and ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with suppliers/contractors
Bookkeeping responsibilities:
  • Invoice filing
  • Inputting information onto accounts system (Quick-books)
  • Ensuring records are correct
  • Dealing with expense requests
  • Liaising with suppliers
This is a full-time position (40 hrs) and our client is flexible regarding start times. The position is office based and due to the location it would be suited to someone who drives. Our client is paying up to £25K basic salary for this role along with agenerous benefits package which includes private healthcare.
