Interaction Recruitment Norwich are pleased to be working with one of Norfolks Logistics companies who are looking for an Admin Supervisor to join their team at their Roundham Site, this is a temp to perm role! Job Duties: Making sure your team are accurately processing the customer in / outbound orders to create pre-advises, receipts, paperwork signed. Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.Ensure your teamarereplenishing consumables as needed. Coordinate regular inventory audits with your team. Ensure in / outbound commitments made are operationally achievable, through guidelines provided or checking with operations. Running reports as required. Communicating via phone and e-mailing with customers both internal and external. Highly accurate with attention to detail and comfortable with professional telephone / e-mail communications Excellent organization skills. Reliability and dependability.
