Job Description

Account ManagerPrint Management & Marketing ServicesOur client is one of the UKs leading names in end-to-end marketing services. The provide clients a one stop shop from point of sale, creative services, direct mail, digital display marketing, merchandising, content and print services. Due to client growththey need a new account manager to join the onsite team for one of the worlds most well-known names in food.They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the established team, based primarily on-site within the client environment in North London, with some flexibility for home work 2/3 days week.The role

  • To primarily focus on managing all aspects of the clients digital and printed promotional campaigns and projects.
  • To also include aspects of merchandising and digital technology, along with other business initiatives, within the range of on-premise and off-premise customer journeys
Skills + Experience
  • An appreciation of the end-to-end marketing and production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with agency partners, client and business departments to leverage expertise
  • Able to take responsibility for clear, concise and timely communication and management of initiatives with all levels of the organisation and agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to consistently provide high levels of customer service and excel in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating your ability to work effectively
  • A keen eye for detail, comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach whilst not losing sight of the need to be innovative, creative + drive change
  • Ensure compliance with required standards, policies, legal requirements and brand guidelines
  • Report on and control project costs within agreed budgets.
  • The successful candidate will display a capacity and interest in developing their role and taking on new areas of responsibility in other areas of the account as well as new business workstreams.
  • Technical support will be provided from our production facilities, however, an understanding of print and digital screen production would be advantageous in helping to provide a consultative service for the client at the point of initial contact
