Job Description

Teaching Assistant Ealing, London Pay £9.77 – 11.24 per hour (Salary is dependent on qualifications, experience and training). The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are to have recent experience working with children in the UK.Contract - November 2020– July 2021Smart Teachers have recently become a partner of the Ealing Learning Partnership, meaning we are now preferred suppliers for a list of 22 primary school in Ealing. Smart Teachers are therefore looking to increase their pool of Teaching Assistants to work on either a daily, medium of long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistants will have the choice of working in Early Years, as a general TA or to work with children with SEN. Both full time and part time availability can be catered for. The schools on the ELP are generally graded Good-Outstanding by Ofsted.The role

  • Teaching Assistant
  • Working as either an Early Years TA, General TA or SEN TA
  • Supporting groups and individuals and working alongside class teacher to raise
  • Daily work available as well as medium and longer-term blocks

    • RequirementsTo be considered for the Teaching Assistantposition, you will:
  • Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS
  • Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
