Job Description

T Brown are looking for a Field Operations Technician to join our team covering North West London.

    • These are just a few reasons why our team love working for us!Your new roleJoining our team as a Field Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a team of repairs and/or maintenance operatives who provide services in domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties.You will be able to assist and advise the area Team on work progress, monitor the operative’s performance, and produce improvement plans where required, provide technical support, identify any training needs within the team.Could this be the ideal role for meAs our ideal Field Operations Technician, you will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills. You will also require the following skills and qualifications:
  • ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training (training can be given)
  • Gas Safety
  • Desirable qualifications but not essential - DAH1, UHW, WRAS
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training
  • IOSH 1-day Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Any qualification or certificate of health and safety training achievement, e.g. Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (3-Day), etc.
  • Experience of working in a multi-sited company
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Previous experience in diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.
  • Significant experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with the public
  • Full driving licence
