Training and Support Officer - Marketing & CommunicationsWorking on a hybrid basis for a 3-6 month period Durham University is looking to recruit a Training and Support Officer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of end-user training and assisting in associated end-usersupport across the various systems and applications within the web and digital estate.A high degree of organisation and autonomy is required for this role, along with a creative and proactive approach to work and the ability to perform in a complex, fast-paced environmentThe role will sit within the Marketing and Communications Office and report directly to the Web and Digital Content Manager.The responsibility of the Marketing and Communications Office is to develop and deliver, amongst others:a) marketing our programmes to and assisting with the recruitment of home and international students;b) promotion of the University to and managing engagement with multiple stakeholders and influencers locally, nationally and internationally;c) promotion of the Universitys brand and proactive management of its global reputation.General duties:
