Job Description

Our client is an established and successful business based in the Durham area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment professional to join the organisation to manage their ongoing recruitment plans and to support with all theirTalent Acquisition initiatives and strategies.The role is standalone and will be responsible for the establishment and development of a professional and efficient Talent Acquisition function. The post holder will manage all internal recruitment processes ensuring that the best possible candidate experienceis delivered in order to attract top talent for the organisation.Main responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and manage an effective and engaging talent acquisition function.
  • Accountable for the end to end talent acquisition process.
  • Use of innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Work closely with individual stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Working with the HR Lead to develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with department leads to establish resource planning and future requirements.
  • Develop talent pipelines.
  • Research and use market intelligence to develop innovative attraction methods.
  • Evaluate and improve the candidate experience throughout recruitment processes.
  • Analysis and reporting of data to support recruitment needs.
  • Support the development of a best in class end to end recruitment and attraction agenda and empowering employer brand.
Applicants must have proven recruitment expertise gained from either an inhouse or agency environment. Excellent communication skills are imperative as the role will involve liaising with senior stakeholders across the business.
