This is a full time role with 42 hours contract to the right candidate. Working various shifts on a rolling rota basis with the opportunity to pick up ad-hoc overtime.Compassionate Care Northeast supports clients with various support needs. We specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism. You will be offering a supportive ear and a calm presence whilst still bringing an elementof fun into their daily activities and needs.You will be promoting independence with all our clients and enabling them to live an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. You must be self-motivated and ensure the quality of support provided is consistent with current legislation.This is a fast paced yet highly rewarding position.
