My client is a well-established regional law firm combining high quality commercial & private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth and Stockton. They are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Conveyancing Executive to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team based at their Durham office. This is a permanent full-time position. The ideal Solicitor/Conveyancing Executive must have at least 3+ years experience, a very good grounding in all aspects of residential conveyancing and be highly motivated. You will be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business with an abilityto work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively. You must be able to handle your own caseload, have good IT skills and display exceptional relationship building & networking skills.Competitive salary based on experience.
