Job Description

Proud of the products and facilities, each and every project is bespoke to customer needs.THE ROLEAs a Project Scheduler you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of allocated projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.You will work closely with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing and Production teams, ensuring you form strong, long-lasting relationships with all clients.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Produce comprehensive project timelines to manage the timely delivery of information flow.
  • Raise and close out requests for information (RFI’s) in a timely manner.
  • Develop accurate manufacturing schedules and fabrication drawings.
  • Attend virtual and on-site meetings with clients and external stake holders.
  • Work with our R&D team to develop products for special applications.
  • Coordinate with other suppliers on projects to ensure accurate, complaint works are produced.
  • Submit schedule and drawing packs to clients for approval.
  • Produce accurate bills of materials from our automated system for the procurement team.
  • Coordinate handover meetings with our production and after sales teams.
  • Keep records of all critical documents related to projects in an organised fashion on the server.
  • Act as the point of contact for the project during design for all internal/external stakeholders.
THE PERSON
  • Experience of the construction industry.
  • A joinery background is preferential but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong sense of ownership with the tasks you are responsible for.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, and sometimes pressured, environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
