The CompanyWe are currently supporting a large North East based organisation with some recruitment into their Business Intelligence team. The company support a national customer base and have a head office based near Durham in addition a number of sites around the country.In recent years they have invested heavily in their systems, making improvement to the software and solutions used in all different divisions and this is set to continue with specific attention on improving their use of data.The RoleThis role will work between the business and the more technical BI team, capturing requirements for new solutions, features or functions and managing the design, development and delivery. You will own the roadmap for BI products by controlling the BI programmewithin the organisation, with an awareness of longer term business strategy and also working with stakeholders from across different teams building an understanding of the more immediate needs.The PersonCandidates should have a mix of business analysis and project management skills. Able to liaise with stakeholders, capturing requirements and writing user stories, and technical teams, both internal and external, to work on the design and development of solutions.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates currently working as or keen to move into a Product Owner position. The company understand the value of their data are are looking tocontinue to invest in this area in addition to a wider range of technical projects.Salary is up to £47,000 and will come with an excellent benefits package.
