Job Description

Job Title:Private Client Solicitor - Head of Department Location: DurhamHours: Full timeArk Search are currently working with a leading regional high street practice in Durham who is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join them and head up their department.Job Duties:

  • Managing a caseload of non-contentious private client caseload consisting of wills, trusts and estate matters
  • Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection matters
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the department
About You:
  • The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE with experience managing a private client caseload
  • Applications will be considered by candidates with experience running a department and also from candidates looking to make that step up
