Job Description

Learning and Development Business PartnerLocation: Bowburn, DurhamSalary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annumJob Type: Full Time, Permanent (Hybrid Working)Hours: Monday to FridayOur client support people to achieve their goals and thrive in their communities.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their corporate L&D team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will support their people growth plans and the delivery of their People/L&D strategy. They are looking for a proactive, solutions focused individual who thrives on variety in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will have experience in managing digital/virtual learning and a learning management system, with a proven track recordin the design, facilitation, and evaluation of a range of learning interventions. The ability to build effective relationships, use analytics, problem solve, with strong planning and organisational skills are key. Role Overview

  • Support the Head of L&D in the delivery of work plans and ensure that key learning priorities are met.
  • Lead on their digital learning offer, further developing their system and approach.
  • Design effective communications keeping their workforce up to date with L&D processes and developments.
  • Lead the development and implementation of career pathways for their corporate services teams.
  • Analyse organisational and regional mandatory training compliance rates, supporting Directors/Senior Managers with effective actions and solutions.
  • Analyse their annual people performance data supporting Directors/People Partners with regional and individual development plans.
  • Be passionate about developing your team members, through coaching, training, and development reviews.
