Job Description

Do you want to join a leading chemical company within the UK as an EHS CoordinatorJoining an exciting team, youll be responsible for ensuring the Health and safety protocols and procedures are met and executed to a high standardYoull be working for a stimulating company, offering the opportunity to grow with the company, learning and developing within the team, with the potential for big career growth. The successful candidate will be working in partnership with the EHS managers to lead, coordinate and support EHS activity within businessResponsibilities:

  • To Develop and draft new policy, guidance and procedures as directed by the EHS Manager.
  • To undertake investigations into incidents and accidents, producing written reports as required, and ensuring suitable risk reduction measures are implemented and that reporting requirements are complied with.
  • Provide updated and relevant EHS advice and ensure legislative compliance, facilitating activity with regulatory agencies as required
  • Responding to ad hoc enquiries in writing or verbally from Members, Managers. staff and partners/contractors
  • Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certificate/Diploma (Ideal)
  • Chemical regulation experience (Ideal)
  • 2+ years experience within EHS
