Location: Based in Hull, Scarborough and Durham.Type: 12-month FTCJGA Have partnered up with a great organisation to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This will be a project role, you will be responsible for setting up the new processes for their new brand. This will be a hybrid role working 3 days a week in Durham, Scarborough and Hull (1 day in each office). The successful candidate will be expected to work in one of the office three days a week and then travel to different sites around that area as well. Youwill be reporting to the Head if HR who is based in Blackburn and will also be supported with 3-4 HR Administrators throughout the project. Requirements: * At least 5 years experience within HR Projects or a HRBP Role.* Must have CIPD Level 5 or above. * Experience of operating in a multi-site business.* Exposure to redundancy and TUPE processes.* Must have strong employee relations experience, and can evidence complex case management.* Excellent communication skills and willing to travel.Interested Apply today!Contact: for more information.
