Job Description

Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Human Resources (HR) Administrator for an independent charity. The purpose of the HR Administrator is to provide comprehensive and efficient HR Administrative support across the organisation as partof the HR team. In addition, o provide timely and accurate HR information and advice to manager and employees, managing the employee life cycle transactions.Details:Position: HR AdministratorLocation: BowburnSalary: Up to £19,500Job Type: Contract (Ongoing)Start Date: ASAPHR Administrator Day to Day:

  • Providing first line HR information and transactions advice and support to managers and employees via email, telephone or face to face.
  • Accurately process all HR change requests in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and business cut off dates.
  • Support the recruitment team with on boarding of new employees including processing across from Recruit to HCM.
  • Carry out pre-employment checks and process Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) applications accurately and in a timely manner (for new and existing members of staff and volunteers) and maintain suitable records.
HR Administrator Must Haves:
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Previous HR admin experience
  • Previous experience of developing and working with KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience of SAGE People (Desirable)
  • CIPD qualified or willing to work towards the qualification (Desirable)
