Your job in a nutshell, is to make our customers happy! Its not just about providing our customers with a home its about building relationshipswith them before they become our customer and supporting them to sustain their tenancies.Your focus within this Technical Housing Team will be allocations and voids. Youll also understand how all of the housing management tasks such as collecting rent, chasing arrears, managing estates, and dealing with anti-social behaviour impact upon allocationsand sustaining tenancies. Its about working closely with your colleagues to make sure that where our customers need support, we help them to live their best lives.Youll support our Housing Managers by knowing their patches, and understand the void standard required to ensure the properties are great new homes for new customers!Youll carry out all allocation related tasks including advertising, generating leads, securingnew customers for our properties, and keeping them up to date with the progress of their new home.Youll also work closely with our maintenance colleagues to know when the void property is going to be available for the new customer and plan the viewing andsign up. You will also work towards meeting challenging KPIs, and targets for void turnaround, relet rates, and occupancy rates.You will be able to understand our reports and think of how we make improvements, we always love to hear how we can make things better forcolleagues and customers.Theres nothing better than knowing you have given a family a new home where they will feel safe and happy.About youYoure passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a genuine desire to help your customers.Youre a real collaborator, working with colleagues in your region, external partners as well as our Customer Service Centre colleagues, and ourHousing Managers.
