* Change Management* Technical Accountant* LeadershipWere currently working in partnership with a word class educational facility to appoint a Financial Controller on a permanent basis.In your role as Financial Controller, youll take charge of all financial operations, overseeing key areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Services, and financial accounting functions. Collaborating closely with the Finance Director,youll play a pivotal role in the organisations success, demonstrating leadership skills and fostering team motivation and development across all levels.Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and guidance, including accounting standards and governance requirements. As a leader in financial management, youll be responsible for maintaining theintegrity, timeliness, and relevance of financial information for statistical, regulatory, and management purposes.To excel in this position, you should be a professionally qualified accountant with a proven track record in delivering high-quality financial management, advice, and support. Your expertise in financial compliance and dedication to ensuring the smooth runningof financial transactions will set you apart.Leading a large team, significant experience in leadership and development will be evident during the interview process.
