Job Description

Seeking a committed and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead to oversee the financial operations for a not for profit organisation.   • Lead a finance team of 2-3, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, expenses, and credit card receipts
  • Utilise your expertise in various finance systems
  • Handle project work related to finance and contribute to process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide financial support and guidance
ProfileA successful Finance Team Lead should have:
  • Proven experience as a finance officer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in major accounting software packages.
  • AAT Level 3/4 qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Good knowledge of various finance systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience managing a team OR experience Finance Officer looking for the next step up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills"
Job Offer
