Working 2 days per week - ideally Thursday & Friday (14 hours per week 9am - 5pm)Likely for a 12-16 week periodBased onsite at Durham UniversityProvide frontline student and stakeholder services and events in the CollegePlan and organise own workload, and allocate and monitor work activities for others to deliver a full programme of appropriate College experience events and activities within the Colleges strategic vision for student enrichment.Act as a recognised point of contact between the College and key internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, donors, alumni and guest speakersDevelop, plan and deliver events and activities for students, staff, alumni and other stakeholders in line with the Colleges vision and University Strategy with the ultimate aim of ensure the best possible wider student experience.Responsible for the design, production and communication of information pertinent to student enrichments activities within the College.Work with the Principals Office and other functional areas across the University to ensure the most diverse and accessible promotion of wider student experience services, events and activities.Coordinate and supervise team members and student colleagues with the delivery of student enrichment events and activities.Ensure the safety and security of all relevant events and activities, responding to incidents and providing reports.Identify funding needs relating to student enrichment and draft plans for new fundraising initiatives.It is expected that the post holder will work flexibly and be available to attend events outside of core working hours as part of the Colleges enrichment programme and alumni relations activity.Any other reasonable duties.
