The business operates what is known in the industry as the 5 shift pattern. This means that compared to the traditional 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern, you work less weekends and each month in therotation, you get 1 week off. The most amount of shifts you will work in a row is 4 and usually you will work no more than 3 days/nights in a rowThe role is weekly paid. The role averages a 42-hour week. The basic hourly rate is £15.15 per hour, plus shift allowance.
