Job Description

Corepeople Recruitment are working exclusively with a regional construction business to recruit for a Customer Care Administrator for their office in Durham.The RoleThe role has been created to support the duties of a small customer service team and duties will include: Answering the telephone and logging customer enquiries onto a bespoke system, to enable accurate reporting; liaising with various stakeholders to providecustomers with accurate information; handling customer complaints and delivering timely responsesEnsuring customer records are updated accurately; keeping records of customer queries and resolutions to provide lessons learnt feedback to the wider team; whilst a smaller part of this role, there will be a requirement to visit customers around the regionto discuss their requirements whilst works are carried out and also supporting the wider team by hand delivering letters to customers where required and contacting customers ensure service delivery satisfaction.
