Credit ControllerRole: Credit Controller - Customer ServiceLocation: Durham - Remote Working available but must be able to commute to the office in Durham on occasionContract - Fixed Term until July 2024The CompanyNigel Wright are currently working with an large organisation based in the North East who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a fixed term contract.Our client has been operating in this space since 2017 and has a growing team of over 300 employees across the business.The RoleThere is a requirement for a Credit Controller, reporting into the Credit Control Team Leader. This is a temporary role to cover a period of maternity leave until July 2024.This will be a customer service based role within the credit control function, with the primary duties being:• Dealing with inbound call from customers regarding debts• Negotiating with customers regarding payment/ payment plans• Acting as a point of contact and information giver to customers• Set up payment plans utilising the Affordability Scheme• Understand customers situations and advise on next steps• Use the system effectivelyThe CandidateWe are looking for candidates who are from a client/ customer facing role.
