Contracts Manager - Building Services & Facilities Management - North East - Up to £55,000About the RoleLooking for a Gas Contracts Manager who has experience of Gas maintenance or installations. This is for a Building Services Maintenance Business who cover the North of the UK performing PPMs, Reactive works and Small installation projects. This role will be based from their Northern office which is just outside of Newcastle, managing their team of engineers and regional office staff across the North East, & Yorkshire regionsContracts Manager - The Rewards

Contracts Manager - Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven managerial or supervisory experience gained within the Building services Gas Maintenance market.
Account management and communication skills are key.
Computer literate, able to use CAFM software to produce reports and quotations either by spreadsheets or other format electronically for clients is Essential
Project management experience on installations would also be desirable

This role would suit a General Manager, Contracts Manager, Technical Manager, Regional Manager, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, Gas Contracts Manager, or a Maintenance Supervisor who is at the stage of their career to take a step upwards off thetools and into a managerial role.
