Complaints Coordinator required for an extremely busy, full-time, temporary position based in Durham, this is expected to be for around three months and it is then hoped this will become permanent.JobReporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Coordinator will work within a busy team of Service Coordinators and will be responsible for collating all relevant information for each complaint, ensuring accuracy with details and dates/times, to enable appropriatedecisions to be made by the Manager with regards to resolution. This will be a combination of current and historical issues that related to works carried out in domestic and commercial properties.Experience RequiredApplicants must have plenty of customer care experience and will be well versed in complaints management. Some knowledge of reactive maintenance, housing maintenance and repairs or facilities management environment is preferred if possible. Applicants musthave excellent organisational skills, they must also be able to communicate well in both verbal and written format.
