Job Description

    • Are you a highly technical Infrastructure Manager with outstanding people management skillsOur client is currently going through a big transformation, moving their current infrastructure over to the Cloud and is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Leader, who will be responsible for defining, delivering and shaping the new Cloud services.You will provide leadership and direction, implementing best practice and industry standards to help establish an innovative, solutions focused team and provide ongoing support throughout the transformation period, whilst maintaining the existing level of service.What you will bring:
  • Proven experience of managing a Cloud Infrastructure function in a large complex IT department
  • Good technical knowledge of both server platforms (Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL Server, virtualisation VMware) and Network platforms (Wintel, Cisco)
  • Experience of data networks (Cisco), voice, server and end user computing from Citrix Xenapp to mobile technology
  • Cloud platform technology experience (Office365, SAML, IDaaS, STaaS)
  • Proven experience with Cloud Technologies - Azure, AWS and/or Oracle Cloud
  • Experience setting strategic direction, leading and motivating teams
  • Must have experience leading a technical team through significant change
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
