Job Description

Jewson is the biggest employer in the UK Saint-Gobain business, with over 500 branches.What will I be doing in this roleThe Branch Manager position is central to the performance of the whole branch network. It demands someone who can manage and lead a team of engaged colleagues to continually improve the customer experience and branch performance.Key day to day duties include:

  • Ensuring all branch activity is centered around the customer and ensuring they have the best possible experience
  • Management and leadership of a team of colleagues
  • Forming and execute the Sales plan for the branch
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient management of daily operations
  • Experience of working in an Senior sales role, with a curious and proactive approach and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers

  • The ability to evolve in a fast-paced and ever-changing busy work environment
  • A full driving licence
