Job Description

Repairs & Maintenance Administrator required for a temporary role in Durham. It is anticipated that this will become permanent after 12 weeks.The RoleWorking in a very busy construction office, you will be required to:Ensure that all orders/jobs received from clients are logged within the big change system and information contained within the fields are correct for both repairs and maintenance and customer care. Update the big change system throughout the process of repairs and maintenance and customer cares.Ensure that customers are contacted when requested from the operations team to make appointments for either surveys or works to be completed (client dependant). All quotations which are raised through the Excel pricing system are logged into Big Change and sent to the client for approval (client dependent). Raising quotations on the Excel pricing system when required to assist with increase in works orders as and when required.Maintaining the system to ensure that reports can be accurately produced from the system.Raising invoices for the clients upon completion of works and sending across completion photos to back up the information. Formatting documentation for submission to clients for approval.Collating, coordinating and reviewing information from others.Sending and responding efficiently to emails both internally and externally in a timely and effective manner.Day to day operation of the big change system to ensure the system is updated effectively and accurate.Raising invoices to clients for payment of works completed.Log all Finance applications to Cash Chase.Confidence in reconciliation and raising queries - internally and with clients/suppliers.Ensuring accurate information is available for the operational teams and Repairs and Maintenance/Customer Care Manager to report effectively to the client’s management teams.Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.Experience RequiredGood strong admin and IT skillsSubstantial previous experience in a role that is both admin and some accounts basedRemuneration£9.61 per hour.This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website.
