Job Description

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATORKCR Solutions are looking for a motivated, organised and conscientious individual to join this growing organisation. This is a newly created position reporting to the MD and Customer Service Manager. You will provide administrative support and also assistwithin the finance department, predominantly with invoicing and credit control. It is important you are a confident communicator, have an eye for detail and can provide accurate information. This is a full time, office based position. The office is based in Bowburn and the hours are 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday.THE ROLE

  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries
  • Ensuring customer information is updated
  • Assisting the Managing Director with a number of administrative duties.
  • Ensuring all orders are updated on the system
  • Obtaining order numbers via email or telephone, passing orders to be made up for delivery
  • Checking stock levels
  • Assisting within finance, invoice processing
  • Chasing debt via phone email & letters
  • Resolving Invoice queries and arranging the correct credits
  • Matching PO/Sales orders and Invoices
  • Assisting with organising credit limits
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
Ideally you will have some practical experience working within finance, preferably credit control. The role could also suit an experienced administrator with a genuine interest in accounts. Someone who shows an eagerness to learn new skills.
